Manette, Washington is a community in Kitsap County, which was established as a town on April 20, 1891, but was later made part of Bremerton, Washington. Manette is located on Point Herron, commonly known as the Manette Peninsula, in Port Orchard.

If you haven’t taken a drive through the quaint town, it’s worth enjoying a sunny day and exploring! Start your morning off with a delicious treat from Saboteur Bakery, and head over to one of several parks for a walk with a view.

Manette is also home to some adorable architecture. I recently sold a home in the area that has the most adorable exterior, and it was in a fantastic spot. Check it out below!

If you’re considering owning a home in Manette, you can expect to be welcomed into a friendly community that enjoys the coastal lifestyle. Currently, it’s a seller’s market, with homes averaging at about 102% and homes being on the market for about 28 days. View monthly reports for Bremerton here!

I often hear about people who are not sure whether or not they should move to Kitsap County, but are amazed when they realize such natural beauty is easily accessible to Seattle. The Fast Ferry can get you from Bremerton to Pier 54 in about 30 minutes!

If you’re considering starting a new home journey, I’d love to offer support and advice. Keeping up with Kitsap is my passion, and I’d love to be a part of your journey! Send me a note whenever you’re ready, and let’s make a plan.
